Find the color in the selected record

The current Pentel EnerGel RTX family includes several ink options. The selected US record is Black, SKU BL77-A, variant 9065919938607. Silver accents and a dark grip are not enough to establish the ink color of another option. Product photos can share a family image or show a trim color that is easy to misread. The exact option label and code should travel with the price in a purchase request.

Avoid stale selection links

A family product URL can load a default option, and an older variant identifier can stop representing the current offer. This record uses the currently returned black variant from the maker's public product data, rather than retaining a previous search-result identifier. When reordering, check the visible option and current SKU again. A saved screenshot of a price without its selected color does not establish that the same color is being offered today.

Apply the same discipline to refills

The reviewed black refill is LR7-A. A compatible refill family can contain many colors, so family compatibility alone does not preserve a workplace's black-ink requirement. If the order is for a color-coding system, record each selected color and quantity explicitly instead of assuming an assorted pack has the required distribution. The site has not verified a fixed assortment for an unspecified multi-pack, nor does it infer the color of ink from a cartridge's small generic image.

Keep the request operational

A useful request reads one BL77-A black 0.7 mm metal-tip retractable gel pen per selling unit, followed by the desired whole-unit quantity. For replacements, use a separate LR7-A refill line with its actual pack count. If the supplier changes the code, ask whether the ink option or body model changed before accepting the substitution. No personal handwriting, employee names or document images need to be uploaded to settle this ordinary procurement detail.

Confirm a color substitution before receiving it

A warehouse or seller may offer a different color when the requested option is unavailable. If black ink is required for the intended forms, a blue refill is not equivalent merely because it fits the same body. If color is only a preference, the buyer may accept the change intentionally. Record that decision before ordering rather than after opening a pack. The site makes no claim that one ink color is legally required in all offices; the applicable document process must supply that requirement, and the selected product code then helps fulfill it accurately.
